[CRISIS UPDATE] Your love reaches Gaza, Lebanon and beyond

Right now, critical support is reaching neighbors in desperate need in Gaza, Lebanon, Morocco, Libya and beyond. But aid is running out faster than we can send it …

When tragedy strikes, seconds count. And faithful Lutherans never wait.

In recent months, there has been an overwhelming need for humanitarian aid around the world.

Here’s what compassionate people like you made possible:

In war-ravaged GAZA, an aid truck filled with essential supplies is making its way through the one and only gate. It is carrying diapers, feminine hygiene products, laundry powder and more — enough for more than 10,000 people. Every item on the truck was provided by generous people like you. Thank you.

In LEBANON, you are delivering emergency food to neighbors who have been displaced due to the conflict in Israel and Gaza. We are in the early stages of planning a shipment of LWR Quilts, Personal Care Kits and Baby Care Kits.

With additional support from kind people like you, we can expand and extend humanitarian response operations in the Holy Land, and we promise to keep you updated on what your support makes possible.

In LIBYA, your love is sheltering and caring for families whose homes were washed away in the devastating floods in September. Thanks to you, more than 2,000 neighbors have received tents, tarps and clothes.

In MOROCCO, your kindness is delivering mattresses, blankets and insulated tents for more than 2,000 survivors of the 6.8 magnitude earthquake that devastated families and homes in September.

Thank you for ensuring your love is on the front lines.

So many are still suffering ...

We know it’s the busy holiday season. But if you could spare a moment to give a gift before the end of the year, we’ll be able to rush it to children and families who desperately need a lifeline. The need still greatly exceeds the aid available.
